Rick started his career in September of 1987. He is a member of the NSPS (National Society of Professional Surveyors). Rick has published 2 articles “I don’t need a Land Survey” and “Did you say I need a Map”. Rick also serves his community on the Richfield Board of Review.
Tom started Land Surveying in 1976 for Welch Hansen. Since then he has worked for the Department of Interior, owned his own business, and has worked for many reputable Land Surveyors in Arizona and here in Wisconsin. With Tom’s 41 years of experience, he is patient and sympathetic to the learning curve of a “New Surveyor”, he is a good educator and mentor.
Jim began his career in April of 1986 working for his dad Jim Elder Sr. with Elder Engineering LLC. Jim’s experience encompasses Residential Subdivision Construction Staking, Land Divisions, and Topographic Surveys. Jim trained and was a mentor to employees who eventually left Elder Engineering and started Land Surveying Companies of their own. Jim is currently our Lead Crew Chief, and is a mentor to all incoming Surveyors and is looked up to by all.
Raul has been Land Surveying Since 2001. He is experienced in using the latest technology and some of the industry’s most popular brands of Surveying Equipment. He displays all the necessary fundamentals of Land Surveying and does what it takes to finish the job. What makes him even more valuable is that he is familiar with the all the basic CAD systems and Data Collection and Data Transferring tasks. He is a great addition to our team.
Terry has been with us since 2016. He has worked in the construction industry since 1987. He worked for the City of Brookfield as a construction laborer and Assistant Inspector. After the City of Brookfield he expanded his experience and began work for the Village of Slinger as a Equipment Operator and Laborer. Terry has been an assest with regards to our construction projects and has proved to be a quick learner in all other aspects of Land Surveying.

Rita has been in Land Surveying and the Civil Engineering field since 1994. She worked for Nienow Engineering and then with McClure Engineering as they bought out Nienow in 1998. Once the recession hit and being laid off, Continental Surveying quickly picked her up and brought her on board in April of 2015.
Linda has been with us Since 2017. She has much experience in customer relations, she has worked in Retail and the Hospitality industry since 2006. Her experience has made her a great addition to our team and has proven her organization skills.
